Our guests are provided with comfortable bedding. We will accept small rugs or blankets that can be laundered. Any toy larger than a tennis ball is welcome. Please ensure that you label all items left with your dog.

We ask that you provide your dog with a leather or nylon collar.

All guests must be vaccinated at least two weeks prior to boarding with Bordatella, Rabies and Distemper. We require a copy of a current vaccination record at the time of check in.

We also require that your dog is spayed or neutered. However, we will make an exception for a puppy up to six months old.

*All dogs will go through a screening process. Any dog with aggressive behavior will not be accepted.

Arrival and Departure times - Hours of Operation:

*Special arrangements can be made to pick up or drop off after hours.

CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 am. Beyond 11:00 am shall be deemed another day.

*We are closed for pick up or drop off on holidays, unless otherwise agreed upon between pet owner and Doggie Dude Ranch.

Feeding:

A. Please provide food for your dog, as food is not included in the price.
B. We ask that you prepare daily baggies of food and label the baggies with the dog's name.

Special Needs:

A. Administration of oral medications or ointment: $1.50/day
B. We do not provide our guests with injections.
C. Transportation to emergency vet: FREE

*PLEASE NOTE: If your dog is hurt or bitten by another guest, the owner of the other guest shall be responsible for all emergency or non-emergency costs associated with the injury.

**If your dog bites or injures another guest, you shall be deemed the responsible party.

***If your dog is taken to the emergency vet for illness or self inflicted wounds, you will be responsible for the charges.
